ABOUT EARLY PSYCHOLOGY TRAINING PROGRAM (EPTP)

Early Psychology Training Program (EPTP) is the nation's first psychology talent training program. Sensorium is happy to announce this program in association with IRIS national fair (Initiative for Research and Innovation in Science) and ARPPI (Association of Rehabilitation Psychologists and Professionals) to bring a platform for top achieving psychology students, to get mentored, guided and showcase their passion for their subject, to excel as a professional in their future careers.

OBJECTIVE OF EARLY PSYCHOLOGY TRAINING PROGRAM

To Identify high achieving students interested to pursue psychology/ psychology related courses. Selected students will be provided with mentorship and training to become successful and dynamic individuals, who can contribute nationally and internationally to fulfil the deficit of professional manpower for managing mental health in various fields.

TIMELINE

Early Psychology Training Program (EPTP) Timeline

STEPS:

1. Interview:
  • Students will appear for an Interview to be eligible for EPTP
  • The interview can last upto 15 minutes
  • Students must dress in formal attire
  • The interview will be conducted online (Separate email about the interview will be sent after the orientation webinar)
  • The interview will contain questions about their experiences and future plans.
  • The students will be notified via email about their selection.
2. Opportunities:
  • Opportunity to observe clinical assessment and psychotherapies with psychologists
  • Visit to various hospitals/ clinics/ NGO's specialising in various branches of psychology
  • Research Opportunities to work with Government and private research bodies
  • Opportunity to intern/ study abroad
  • Participation at National and International science fair with projects
  • Publication and Authorship in research journals
  • Personality Development
  • Skill development
  • Enhancing communication skills
  • Enhancing Public speaking skills
  • Enhancing Problem solving abilities
